We have the pleasure of currently working with the Snyders. Irvin and Susan relocated to Laguna Woods during the summer of 2023 with their two cats and a dog. Our skilled and experienced caregivers recognized that Susan and Irvin needed a customized and comprehensive plan of care. Susan and Irvin each have health concerns. Our caregivers help schedule and transport the Snyders to and from doctors appointments and physical therapy sessions. They ensure medications are taken as prescribed, prepare nutritious meals, and help them get exercise, Caregivers also provide assistance with personal hygiene tasks, and mobility assistance.
The home requires some managing too. This involves bringing in healthy food, and the needed supplies, caring for pets, and maintaining a clean home. It has been a pleasure to help the Snyders stay at home as they age, allowing them to stay together and enjoy their pets.
We offer a wide range of home care services and customize a care plan for every client we have the privilege of caring for.
The senior home care industry is growing and changing. The trend is an increase in rates, add on fees and lengthy minimum hour requirements. At Your Home Care, we don’t have lengthy minimum hour requirements, nor do we up-charge.

The agency was created in 2003 and is family owned and operated. Our agency is licensed, insured and bonded, all our caregivers are vetted, trained and background checked. We service most areas of Orange County CA with a concentration in Laguna Woods and surrounding cities. We work with all Long-Term Care Insurance plans.
