Owner and co-founder Beverly takes immense pride in providing a top-tier 5-Star experience for every guest at Hammer & Nails. Since the shop opened in 2018, her unwavering dedication to client satisfaction guarantees that each visit is customized to suit individual needs and preferences. Bev has assembled an outstanding team of the best talent in Orange County, delivering premier services to both local residents and visitors at nearby luxury resorts. Bev enjoys traveling, camping, and hiking, with her favorite trip so far being her adventure to Yellowstone National Park with her husband, Mike, last year.
Alicia Pine, Manager
Alicia brings over 16 years of experience as a Men’s Hairstylist and has been part of HAMMER & NAILS since 2021. She is trained in American Crew’s cutting techniques and has achieved Master Level status. Her greatest joy comes from raising her three children in South Orange County. In her spare time, she loves cooking, singing, painting, attending concerts, networking, and taking on leadership roles. It’s common to hear her singing around the salon. As a former salon owner, she prioritizes creating a positive and professional atmosphere, ensuring every client at HAMMER & NAILS has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in.
Hannya Soto, Manager
Hannya joined the HAMMER & NAILS team in 2023 and quickly proved herself to be a valuable and dedicated employee. Starting as a Nail Technician, she completed her training and received her full Cosmetology License while working at HAMMER & NAILS being promoted to Manager in 2024. When not at the salon, Hannya can be found unwinding at the gym or practicing yoga. Hannya’s biggest goal this year is to run a marathon.

HAMMER & NAILS clients have come to expect top-quality Men’s Grooming services in Orange County. Now, gentlemen facing the challenges of cancer treatments can also rely on them for grooming services delivered with dignity. They have created a ZERO Cancer account, funded by staff, clients, family, and community members, to offer complimentary services to those in need. “We have already seen several clients recently diagnosed who, while undergoing treatment, chose to come in and have their heads shaved by one of our caring and skilled barbers rather than helplessly watch their hair fall out each day,” said owner Beverly. Beverly, who has performed many of these shaves, added, “We just want to help them feel good about themselves and look ‘Cool’ and ‘Dignified’ with their shaved heads.”
