Veteran owned and operated, The First to Fight Group is the ONLY in-home kinesiotherapy and Post-Rehabilitative service provider in Orange County. Its mission? To take the limitations that science, your doctors, your family, and society has enclosed you in, and completely shatter them.
“Our mission is to help individuals who have suffered from a stroke, neural compromise, traumatic brain injury, loss of mobility, loss of strength, and more,” says Founder Cameron Fraser. “Here, we do not have clients or products. We are brothers, sisters, friends and family… all whom have come together to shatter the limitations imposed upon us.
“In today’s society, there is no shortage of individuals who have become the victims of a system that rips all hope from them by telling them they are incapable of achieving a better life – that their injuries and/or conditions are merely something they will have to live with the rest of their lives. Doctors and therapists are quick to write them off and move on to the next individual whose insurance will pay them.”

The First to Fight provides accessible in-home intra and post-rehabilitative services to clients by incorporating adaptive strength training, neuromuscular retraining, mobility and balance work, and strength and conditioning, to help improve individual outcomes even after conventional services have come to an end.
Toward that end, Cameron and his team pride themselves in being able to provide a level of service and approach to recovery that is unlike any other.
“We have raised the bar when it comes to recovery,” he says. “Our goal is to help individuals take back their life. Where so many recovery efforts are aimed at helping individuals to simply acclimate and adapt to their new situation, we work to improve it. We fight alongside you to regain movement, improve function, increase strength, and to help you redefine what is possible.”
Cameron adds that many people resign themselves to the idea that they will live their lives forever in their current state. They take what the doctors and therapists tell them, and believe it … and let the system win.
“Then there are the few … The few who refuse to take their doctors and therapists view as a lifelong prognosis.,” he says. “These individuals refuse to lay down and let life pass them by. They fight for it.
“This is where the bedrock of the First to Fight Group lies. We are here to stand on the front lines with you, as we fight to break down the walls and work towards giving you the life you deserve… One of hope, ability, and empowerment. The First to Fight Group fights beside you when others won’t. So let’s get started on re-defining impossible.”
