Pets of the Month

Tanner is an active two year old dog who is always up for fun. He loves long walks and playing outdoors, but he is also potty-trained and can’t resist a good scratch behind the ears. So if you’re looking for a lively playmate or maybe your next running buddy, Tanner might just be the one for you!

This pretty kitty is Talia, a big cat with an even bigger personality.  What one might call a buxom lady, three year old Talia struts her stuff as if she owns the cat room.   With her friendly demeanor and lap cat ways, Talia is a combination of both pleasant and plump and would do well in just about any home.

One year old ‘Felix the cat is a wonderful, wonderful cat.’  One of the silliest cats you’ll meet, Felix loves to run around the room playing with anything and everything.  When he’s through, he’s always ready to hop into your lap for a snuggle.  With a sweet boy like him, ‘you’ll laugh so much your sides will ache.  Your heart will go pit-a-pat watching Felix the wonderful cat.’

Fun loving Basil is the epitome of curious kitties.  When he isn’t play wrestling with his siblings, he can usually be found exploring every nook and cranny of a room.  At five months old, Basil is a teenage kitten who would likely be an easy fit for any family.

Found abandoned in a crate at the side of the road, five year old Thelma came to the shelter looking for a fresh start in life.  With her friendly and outgoing personality, Thelma isn’t letting her dubious past hold her back.  She brings a smile to everyone she meets.  Could this comeback kitty be the one for you?

Lucky is a sweet older gentleman who wants nothing more than to be by your side.  At eight years old, he is still energetic and enjoys going on walks.  Lucky is well-mannered and potty-trained.  He would do best in a quiet home with adults and perhaps older children.

This handsome guy is Max, an eight year old sweetheart who would love to make your acquaintance.  He was relinquished along with his mother Bea and both are now ready for adoption.  Max would do best in a quiet home and would love to be adopted with Bea if possible.

Eleven month old Dory is a happy little cutie with a mellow disposition.  Her favorite activities include birdwatching and sunbathing. Dory would make a great companion for just about anyone and would do well with another friendly cat.G
